I would not recommend this place , after reading the reviews and based on my experience I would say they are not real reviews . First off them covering the rental is nice and not paying the $500 deductible . But what you do get is poor customer service , jake the guy I was dealing with was not very up front on what was going on , many times I had to contact them about my car and the rental car place wanting the rental back .. first off when dropping off the car their was no rental waiting on me at the location, jake had to drive me to rental place , upon arrival everything was ok until I had to pay for my own rental (these was to be covered ) no big deal maybe they will get it fixed I had call multiple times about the rental . After the dents where repaired but tail light and trim panels where not replaced they asked me to pick up the car unfishied and pay for all of it and come back at a later time and would not cover the rental anymore … I’m very disappointed in the lack of customer service and would advise others to stay away

I'm so very glad I reached out to The Hail Shop before any other company. Sean was here the same day to give me an in person estimate and stayed involved the entire way. Just want to give credit where its due. I had a vehicle that had extensive damage. I wasnt aware another vehicle had bad damage as well until i brought it to there shop. My car would of lost alot of a value had it not been pointed out. Sean was very good about explaning the whole process. Very good guys there, would highly recommend.
